Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a monthly plan, you are billed at the start of each billing period for access to the Service during that period. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or if you choose to cancel before the end of a billing period.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date.

Annual Subscriptions — 14-Day Refund Window

If you purchase an annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

To request a refund on an annual subscription:

  1. Email us at hello@makertools.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase date.
  2. Use the subject line "Annual Plan Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
  3. We will process your refund and confirm cancellation of your subscription by email, typically within 5 business days.

Upon approval, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (usually 5–10 business days).

Refund requests made after the 14-day window has elapsed will not be eligible for a refund. After 14 days, your annual subscription is non-refundable, though you may cancel at any time to prevent renewal.

Exceptions

Your Statutory Rights
